Either upload them directly to the website (make sure they are a decent size and not too big), or use a website like photobucket and link them.

resize your photos to atleast 1200x800...then upload

Go to imgur: the simple image sharer - upload them to there, once they are uploaded you will be able to copy and paste the link that appears on the right, there are a few options to choose from, the one that will work on this forum is 'BB Code', the fourth one down on the list.
